The Ilikai is perfectly situated at the northern end of Waikiki — an easy walk to downtown Waikiki shops, restaurants, the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, and Ala Moana Beach Park. Stroll directly to the beach from the hotel for sunbathing, swimming, boogie boarding, and surfing.
It's also a 15-minute walk, or a 7-minute drive, from the Hawaii Convention Center.
On Friday nights, enjoy a spectacular fireworks display from the neighboring Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Resort-style amenities at the Ilikai include two pools, tropical gardens, shops, and restaurants, all in a lush, relaxing atmosphere. On every floor, you’ll also find a guest laundry for your convenience.
Your private 120 sq. ft. lanai features a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a city view, and a split AC system keeps the unit cool and comfortable. Inside, relax with a flat-screen TV.

Getting around
The Ilikai Hotel is easily accessible by rideshare apps and taxis, and is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches.

This condo is a 500 sqf studio plus 120 sqf of lanai/patio, located on the 8th floor of the Ilikai condo complex, with multiple elevators so there's rarely a wait.
** 10 minutes walk from Ala Moana mall (biggest outdoor mall in the U.S.A),
** just steps away from Hilton lagoon (Duke Kahanamoku) and the beach
Guests can enjoy two swimming pools locating on second floor and one near the pathway to the beach and lagoon.
A variety of restaurants to choose from: from casual take-out poke, to sit-down restaurants, to an upscale steakhouse with nightly live music.
Unfortunately, our guests are not able to access the gym in Ilikai hotel. The gym access is for hotel guests only. Our unit is privately owned and it is not part of hotel operations.
There will be construction outside the lanai of this unit from Aug. 2026 to Oct. 2026. Exact dates are not yet known, but I will update this listing once they are known. If you want to stay during this time period, I apologize for any inconvenience.
Your stay includes a starter kit of basic supplies to help you settle in right away:

You’ll also find linens & towels for your stay:

Noisemaker (traffic noise can be a bit loud; make sure the lanai doors are locked to reduce it)
And the fun stuff! – cooler, boogie board, snorkel kit, 3 beach chairs, large sitting float
Please note that these are starter supplies only. Additional items and laundry during your stay are the guest's responsibility.
Parking is available behind Ilikai and at nearby properties and runs from $17-$30/day. You can pay at a kiosk for $1/hr. Sorry, parking is not included in the rental price.
House Rule: Please don't leave any bags of trash in the hall. It is not a hotel, it's a condo complex. If you want to throw out a bag of trash, please take it to the "Trash Room" which is near the elevators; there is a trash chute there. There are extra trash bags underneath the ones in the cans, and an extra box of them under the sink. Thank you. (note that if you leave a bag of trash in the hall, I will get cited by the HOA, as I have when guests have done it in the past).
You’ll also appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With a full-sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dinnerware, you can easily prepare meals and snacks at home and save on dining out.
